Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) is one of Europe's leading teleradiology providers offering a 24/7 services to over 100 hospitals through its global network of radiologists.
TMC's main shareholder, venture capital firm Kenneth Partners, engaged Morinaka to work with TMC management on redefining its strategy and business plan ahead of a capital raise or possible M&A process, which was subsequently completed with Unilabs.
